Product Manager Permanent/Full Time Onsite in Juno Beach OR Jupiter, FL Position Specific Description As an AI Product Manager supporting Nuclear, you'll own the strategic vision and end-to-end execution of transformative products like condition-based maintenance systems and work management automation that directly shape fleet reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency across the enterprise. You'll lead and influence cross-functional teams of nuclear SMEs, data scientists, software engineers, and plant stakeholders — setting product direction, driving agile delivery at scale, and establishing the standards by which value is measured and communicated. Your daily work involves translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives for executive leadership, anticipating and eliminating systemic blockers, and ensuring deep alignment between nuclear operations, IT, and senior stakeholders on multi-year roadmaps, investment priorities, and deployment strategy.
