Job Description
Job Summary Our client, a major entertainment and media company, is looking for a Product Manager to support sustainment of a suite of dining and reservation products, contract through mid 2028, based in Lake Buena Vista, FL. This is a product manager responsible for owning the ongoing health of live, high-traffic products already in production, managing the backlog and requirements process while also handling production support, incident triage, and release readiness. Looking for someone with real live operations experience, not just new product build background, plus solid Agile fundamentals and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Execute against the product roadmap balancing business needs, guest experience, and technical feasibility Gather, document, and refine product requirements, maintaining a prioritized backlog Oversee agile delivery of product enhancements from requirements through QA, release, and post-launch evaluation Monitor product health and system performance in high-volume operating environments Define and track measurable outcomes related to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and throughput Analyze data and operational insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Partner with internal teams and external vendors to prioritize defect resolution and incremental enhancements Support feature launches with go-to-market planning, user acceptance testing, and training coordination Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience in product management, digital, or technology focused roles Demonstrated experience managing digital products through the full product lifecycle Experience working in Agile development environments, proficient with JIRA and Confluence Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to interpret complex data and translate insights into product decisions Experience with live operations management, including production support, incident triage, release readiness, and post-launch monitoring Strong written and verbal communication skills across all stakeholder levels Experience using AI productivity tools to improve product management workflows such as requirements analysis, backlog refinement, and documentation Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Passion for improving digital customer experiences and operational outcomes Experience with data and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects) Experience supporting food and beverage, retail, or hospitality technology products Key Competencies and Behaviors Comfortable owning day-to-day product health for a live, high-traffic system Able to prioritize effectively between production issues and new enhancement work Works well across multidisciplinary teams to capture requirements and drive solutions Proactive about identifying risks before they become larger operational issues Can operate with autonomy while communicating clearly across all levels of the organization
