Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead NOCTA (NavGuard), ASIO's battle-proven electro-optical navigation system designed for GNSS-denied environments. In this role, you will own the product strategy and lifecycle of a multidisciplinary system that combines electro-optics, computer vision, algorithms, software, sensors, and platform integration. You will work closely with customers, field operators, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate operational challenges into innovative, mission-critical capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to drive the evolution of a mature operational product already deployed by defense and security organizations, while shaping the next generation of resilient navigation technologies for customers in Israel and around the world. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the NOCTA (NavGuard) product line, from market and operational need identification through development, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement. Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities to support growth, scalability, and customer adoption. Translate customer and mission needs into clear requirements for multidisciplinary teams including software, algorithms, systems, hardware, and integration. Lead cross-functional collaboration with R D, System Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery. Support customer engagements, demonstrations, evaluations, and field activities while transforming feedback into product improvements. Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions to drive product innovation and positioning. Partner with business development and leadership to define product strategy, value proposition, and growth opportunities in Israel and global markets. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Project Leadership, or a similar role. Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary systems combining software, algorithms, hardware, sensors, and system integration. Experience in navigation, electro-optics, UAVs, autonomous systems, robotics, or related operational technologies. Proven ability to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and experience working with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have Experience in defense, aerospace, homeland security, or tactical systems. Familiarity with GNSS-denied navigation, vision-based systems, or electro-optical technologies. Experience working with operational or military customers. Experience with agile product development in multidisciplinary environments.
