Role:
The Product Manager - Agentic Reporting builds the insights and reporting tools that help Subway operators understand their business and make better decisions - putting the right data in front of the right people at the right time. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, leads with conviction, and gets energy from solving hard problems at scale. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Own the roadmap and execution for reporting products. Define what gets built, why it matters, and how it scales. Drive high-velocity execution alongside our engineering team, balancing strong product instincts with data-driven decision making. Build deep user empathy. Spend time with franchisees to understand real problems before reaching for solutions. Use metrics to inform your point of view, run experiments to validate it, and measure what moves the needle. Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, sharpen your thinking, and explore what s possible. Then make it happen. Qualifications (some examples listed below): 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex data or reporting products. Demonstrated ownership: you treat problems as yours until they re solved. Technical fluency: you earn engineering trust by engaging in the details, not just the requirements document. An AI-first mindset and genuine excitement about what automation unlocks for users, operators, and the business. Ability to write clearly and influence without authority. You build alignment through strong thinking, not org chart. Experience in restaurant technology / QSR / franchise environments (nice to have). What do we offer? Compensation:
The base pay range for this role is $102,700 - 128,400 annually Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
