Job Description
Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Manager II to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products that power modern automotive retail. In this role, you'll translate customer and dealer needs into clear product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and partner closely with engineering, UX, data, and go-to-market teams. You'll use data and customer feedback to validate concepts, optimize experiences, and drive adoption and revenue. Working in a collaborative, people-first culture, you'll help shape innovative solutions used across Cox brands and the broader automotive ecosystem. Responsibilities Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital products Gather and translate customer, dealer, and stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories Prioritize and manage the product backlog in partnership with engineering and UXUse data, experimentation, and feedback to validate ideas and measure product performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning, delivery, and release management Support go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and enablement with business partners Ensure product experiences align with Cox Automotive's quality, security, and compliance standards Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership Required Skills Product roadmap development Agile/Scrum methodologies Requirements gathering & user stories Data analysis & KPIs Stakeholder management User research & customer discovery Go-to-market planning Backlog prioritization Telecommunications/media domain knowledge JIRA or similar product tools
