Overview:
Seeking a senior Agile Product Manager to serve as the voice of the customer and own product direction for an Agile Release Train (ART).
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize system features, scope, and product backlog. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ART. Partner with Agile teams and stakeholders to validate features and support delivery. Identify and manage cross-team risks, dependencies, and priorities. Coordinate across portfolio teams and organizations. Provide strategic guidance and technical/product expertise to senior leadership.
Must-Have:
Agile Product Management / Product Owner experience. Strong SAFe / ART experience. Product vision, roadmap, features, and backlog ownership. Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills. Experience managing risks and dependencies across multiple teams. Ability to handle complex enterprise-level initiatives.
