THE IMPACT YOU CAN MAKE
The Product Manager is responsible for the value delivery of digital products that continuously and sustainably solve the needs of our business & guests. The Product Manager will build strong, critical relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap delivers on a set vision with established metrics aligned to the overall enterprise digital strategy. This role will support the development and execution of the strategy for a portfolio of products and partner cross-functionally to ideate, create, and align guest experiences & business goals across all digital touchpoints.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY
Build strong working relationships with teams across the organization & with key stakeholders to help facilitate awareness and support of business initiatives Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap for the product of assigned responsibility Contributes to successful continuous delivery of product roadmaps, within budget and schedule, by identifying risks and developing & recommending mitigation strategies Troubleshoots and researches issues related to changing trends, behaviors, or performance to identify what is impacting the business and determine how to address Manage a team of Product Owners, & Product Analysts jointly focused on the delivery of the product roadmap for a segment of the overall digital guest journey Lead an agile scrum team by setting the priority and communicating a clear vision, while ensuring team members are aligned for product backlog management & prioritization Contribute to the overall success and lifecycle of the product through all phases from initial design & definition through go-to-market activities & post launch analytics Creates and analyzes regular and ad hoc reporting to monitor business KPI's and to measure the effectiveness of product enhancements Focus on providing best in class guest experience, by improving the performance of mobile apps and the website. Build relationship with core platform vendors and implement improvements
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, grow and support Product Owners, & Product Analysts through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback delivery Stay informed of consumer, technology, and digital commerce trends to inform future strategy and prioritization required to increase guest satisfaction & revenue Identify industry best practices and build applicable partner relationships :
ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required 5+ years relevant work experience with at least 3+ years in a digital product role and at least 2 years of people management experience. Experience in Retail and/or eCommerce operating in a large-scale agile environment Exceptional at working with (and analyzing) user metrics and turning them into actionable insights, including the use of A/B testing and analytics platforms. Experience in managing geographically distributed teams preferred Strong communication skills with ability to align teams on complex decisions Curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams & independently drive progress toward completion Up to date knowledge about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in digital
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in strategy, management, or related field is a plus Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus Experience in digital user experience, research, and analytics : The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $155,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
