The businesses serve local customers and markets around the globe, with a significant presence in developed as well as emerging markets The Senior Manager, Global Product Management will lead the strategy, performance, and lifecycle management of Buehler's global product portfolio, with accountability for revenue, margin and market impact. This role blends strategic ownership with hands on execution, translating deep customer insights into differentiated product roadmaps, driving new product development from concept to commercialization, and optimizing the portfolio through pricing, segmentation, and lifecycle decisions. As a leader of the product management team, you will develop talent, align cross functional stakeholders, and ensure disciplined execution to deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow a global product portfolio through new product development, commercialization, growth stage and lifecycle management. Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap aligned to customer needs and market trends. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through Voice of Customer (VOC), segmentation and competitive analysis. Lead new product development from concept through commercialization, delivering differentiated solutions to drive profitable growth. Drive pricing strategy and portfolio optimization to improve profitability and simplify offerings. Partner with Sales to enable commercial success, including training, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers; build organizational capability and bench strength. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and ongoing lifecycle management. Qualifications:
8-12+ years of product management experience in industrial, scientific, or technical products Proven track record of owning and growing a product portfolio with measurable impact (revenue, margin, launches) Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, segmentation, and business case development Experience working with global teams and markets Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field (advanced degree a plus) Ability to travel approximately 30% (domestic and international) Additional Information:

The base salary for this position is $135,000-$155,000. This position is also eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan.
