Job Description

Job Summary This job is in-office only - not remote. The Junior Product Manager will support our product initiatives as we expand and update our existing product line. This role will be a key part of our product strategy responsible for driving the growth and execution of our product goals. The Junior Product Manager will help support the product team helping with new product launches and updates to existing products. The Junior Product Manager will bring to the team a passion to improve, innovate, and grow our business.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team and customers to help define new product goals and strategies. Monitor competitive product landscapes and provide feedback and analysis on shifting market conditions. Maintain a competitive product matrix of up to date feature, pricing and product availability Help create content to support products such as User Guides, FAQ's, Videos, Product Messaging Documents and Sales Setup Sheets. Work with the sales, support and marketing team to train them on product updates and new products. Help develop and maintain product hardware and software roadmaps. Collect data from customer, sales and support interactions to analyze product initiatives and present that data in an actionable way. Research new marketplace opportunities and evaluate new ways to drive additional revenue through new or existing products. Mine for data in product performance metrics, with the ability to interpret reporting with actionable take-aways
Requirements:
Data-driven mindset to enact tactical changes based on customer and competitive behavior analysis Strong communication and collaboration skills to work as a team on achieving product goals Ability to analyze and communicate complex data Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and AI platforms. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Full-time position with salary and benefits Chicago Western Suburbs office-based

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
