About This Role The Product Manager, Enterprise Systems (Procure) is responsible for end-to-end ownership, design, and successful deployment of Procore across project development, construction, and financial workflows. This role serves as the central point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring implementation is achieved through standardized workflows, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes. This role is critical to advancing centralized project management, improving cost visibility, and driving process standardization across the organization. Responsibilities Product Ownership and Strategy Serve as the single point of accountability for the Procore across the enterprise Translate business objectives into a clear product roadmap and implementation plan Define and prioritize modules (Financials, Project Management, Preconstruction, Document Control, etc.) based on business value Maintain alignment with executive sponsors and governance boards Implementation Leadership Drive sprint-based implementation sessions and coordinate cross-functional participation Ensure workflows are standardized across all projects, configured correctly in the platform, and documented and repeatable Oversee integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, document management, reporting tools) Workflow Design and Standardization Define end-to-end workflows for: Change management and cost management Commitments, change orders, and invoicing RFIs, submittals, and project communication Project lifecycle management Establish consistent folder structures and document management practices across systems Ensure alignment with governance standards and financial controls Governance and Continuous Improvement Establish and enforce platform governance, including: User roles and permissions Data standards and integrity Workflow compliance Lead ongoing platform optimization by evaluating business feedback, usage trends, workflow gaps, and integration needs to ensure Procore continues to evolve with organizational priorities Facilitate ongoing improvement of the Procore environment Manage system enhancements, feature requests, and optimization roadmap Manage vendor relationships, commercial discussions, platform-related budgeting, and contract support activities for the Procore suite, including coordination of renewals, scope changes, service expectations, cost tracking, and negotiation support to ensure alignment with business needs, budget objectives, and enterprise standards Develop, maintain, and deliver platform documentation, training materials, and role-based user guidance for the Procore suite, including standard operating procedures, workflow references, onboarding support, and ongoing education to promote adoption, consistency, and effective system use Project Creation and System Setup Management Own the end-to-end project onboarding process, including entity setup, standardized folder structures, and system configuration across platforms Serve as ongoing platform owner responsible for user adoption, backlog prioritization, enhancements, and system issues Provide day-to-day administration, operational support, and issue resolution for the Procore suite of applications, including user access, configuration support, workflow troubleshooting, data integrity, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to maintain platform reliability and business continuity What You'll Bring Experience & Education 5 years of experience in product, program, or system implementation Direct experience with Procore or similar platforms Experience leading large-scale implementations Cross-functional collaboration experience Technical & Business Expertise Demonstrated experience with Agile project management methodology Scrum Master certification or similar project management methodology Strong understanding of project lifecycle and financial workflows Experience integrating ERP systems Knowledge of construction/project management tools Leadership Capabilities Strong stakeholder management and communication Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Experience in Agile environments Success in This Role Looks Like Enterprise-wide adoption of Procore Standardized workflows across teams Improved cost visibility and reporting Strong governance and compliance Continuous system improvement What You'll Get Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives 401(k) retirement plan Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays Tuition assistance and ongoing professional development Employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness resources Pet insurance and employee discount programs Pay Range for the posted level: $125,000 - $155,000 plus target annual bonus opportunity of 25%.
