You understand quality control, point-of-care testing (POCT) workflows, and the real-world pressure faced by clinicians every day. You'll be the bridge between laboratories, customers, OEM and Proficiency testing (PT) partners, and product development, translating real clinical needs into better solutions. What you'll do As Product Manager, you will: Lead, train, and support our Product Specialist and Customer Support teams Engage with laboratory professionals nationwide to understand evolving POCT needs Build strategic relationships with OEMs and Proficiency Testing organizations Partner closely with Product Development to optimize and expand the product portfolio Drive market research, product positioning, and promotional strategy Represent Eurotrol at conferences, customer visits, and industry events Act as a trusted expert, internally and externally, for POCT quality control Who you are You're likely coming from a role such as POC Coordinator, Lab Manager, Technical Supervisor, or MLS, and you bring: Hands-on experience in medical laboratory and POCT environments A proactive, ambitious, self-starting mindset Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize independently Clear, confident communication, both written and spoken Experience training, teaching, or coaching lab professionals Curiosity, adaptability, and a fast learning curve Prior exposure to product management, marketing, or IVD industry roles is an advantage but not required How you'll work Home-based role within the U.S. Regular travel for team meetings, trade shows, and customer visits Must live within reasonable distance of a major airport All required office equipment provided Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment required Valid driver's license and willingness to travel by car when needed Reports directly to the President of Eurotrol Availability during normal U.S. business hours for leadership responsibilities Why Eurotrol We're a global leader in quality control solutions for clinical and point-of-care diagnostics, but more importantly, we're a team that values expertise, independence, and collaboration.
