Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Product Manager-Medical Marketing who can lead new product introductions, including strategic segmentation, positioning, pricing, promotion, training and education programs; coordinate with and support marketing program with distributors and commercial partners in medical device products. This job will have the following responsibilities: Plan and coordinate local commercial launches with distributor and commercial partners; drive equipment sales along with collaborative efforts for disposables, provide marketing input and coordinate marketing program of distributor and commercial partner in Urology. Design and conduct regional training and educational programs for physicians, distributors, and commercial partners in Urology. Establish and execute plans for increasing the utilization of product. Develop and execute marketing plans based on market and customer insights. Create and maintain marketing materials and sales tools. Propose designs, generate content and drive continuous improvement of the company's website.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, and/or scientific field. 8+ years international product marketing experience in laser urology equipment or similar high‑technology medical field. Experience working with external partners and distributors. Experience liaising with medical and scientific opinion leaders for obtaining information to develop new products with Thulium Fiber Laser technology. Familiar with clinical studies and regulatory approvals for medical devices. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally; comfortable with both formal and extemporaneous presentations.
