Responsibilities:
1. Conduct global market potential assessment for R D pipeline projects, and independently complete commercial modeling and hypothesis analysis, including
TAM, SAM, SOM
estimation, patient population sizing, competitive landscape analysis, pricing and reimbursement research, and market penetration evaluation. 2. Collaborate closely with internal R D and Medical Affairs teams to evaluate product clinical value, identify differentiated therapeutic advantages, and formulate professional product positioning and clinical development strategy recommendations. 3. Support senior management on project initiation and portfolio prioritization decisions. Deliver global commercial-focused feasibility reports, project priority assessments, and comprehensive risk-return analysis for pipeline projects. 4. Develop overall overseas development strategies for pipeline projects, lead indication screening and optimal indication sequencing, and propose actionable global clinical development layout plans. 5. Continuously monitor global regulatory policies, competitor pipeline dynamics, and unmet clinical needs in targeted therapeutic areas, and provide iterative commercial insights and optimization suggestions for the company's product portfolio. Job Requirements 1. Master's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Pharmaceutical Engineering or related disciplines; PhD is highly preferred, and an MBA degree is a plus. 2. 5-8 years of working experience in New Product Planning (NPP), pipeline strategy, pre-launch product strategy, or BD project evaluation at top-tier pharmaceutical companies or biotech firms. Candidates with combined strategy consulting and pharmaceutical industry background are prioritized. 3. In-depth understanding of global innovative pharmaceutical market rules with proven hands-on experience in independent global market sizing, commercial hypothesis modeling, and pipeline project initiation evaluation. 4. Capable of effective professional communication and collaboration with R D and Medical teams, with a solid understanding of clinical development logic and therapeutic regimen iteration principles. 5. Fluent in English reading and writing; proficient in comprehending global clinical data and overseas competitive intelligence, and capable of independently delivering English-version strategic reports. 6. Possess rigorous logical thinking, high data sensitivity, and excellent cross-functional collaboration capabilities; able to conduct direct presentations to senior management and provide solid decision-making support.
