This role is open to US based candidates Paragonix Technologies, a Getinge company, markets organ transportation devices that safeguard organs during the journey between donor and recipient patients. Our devices incorporate clinically proven and medically trusted hypothermic preservation techniques in a novel suspension system to provide unprecedented physical and thermal protection. Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time. Paragonix also markets transplant services and organ screeningto the transplant community. As part of Getinge, a global medical technology company, Paragonix contributes to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. Job Overview The associate product manager will play a pivotal role in leading the technical architecture for the next generation of the digital portfolio for Paragonix technologies. They will be a key link within the company, including collaborating with product managers, software developers, engineering teams, and UX designers to identify and convey technical requirements for mobile and web-based platforms. In this role, the candidate can make significant contributions within the organ transplantation field, which is ripe for digital based innovations, leveraging advancements and concepts already implemented in other parts of medicine. The ideal candidate has experience in digital health technologies, comfortable working in fast moving environment that requires being a self-starter and applying a beginner's mindset. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties Collaborate with software development team and product managers to translate customer requirements into an architectural level vision for the digital portfolio
Serve as the primary technical liaison between product and engineering teams, ensuring alignment on technical requirements and feasibility
Define technical requirements for integration across commercial offerings, including physical preservation devices and surgical services
Combines the customer vision with technical feasibility to convert business needs into functional specifications and user-friendly applications
Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and system functionality, driving continuous improvement in product data management practices
Leverage, analyze and triangulate insights from diverse data sources, both internal and external, to identify user behavior, business insights, and continuous improvement opportunities
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on competing business needs, user feedback, clinical needs
Stay updated on technology developments, trends in digital health, mobile app development, and web solutions
Partner with UX designers, championing a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring solutions are intuitive, accessible, and meet the technical needs of diverse user groups.
Participate in internal and external user feedback sessions to develop understanding of customer needs
Work with legal and compliance teams to address any potential risks or issues. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on digital health or mobile/web applications.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Linear, JIRA, Figma)
Experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards

Ability to operate and lead in ambiguous situations, with a bias towards action by bringing stakeholders of different perspective together
Comfortable engaging and interacting with experts from diverse skillsets and cultural backgrounds
Proven track record of successfully managing digital products in the healthcare sector
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Passion for improving patient outcomes and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated ability and/or interest in working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization that requires quick response to changing market demands.
Strong executive presence, both internally and externally Other Requirements Strong understanding of the medical device development process
Fundamental understanding of biology or human anatomy
Experience translating customer insights into product requirements and development strategy
Experience supporting global product launches and commercialization activities
High attention to detail, especially in the front-end innovation cycle, with an emphasis on connecting observations and insights to actionable design inputs
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions and expertise areas
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling messaging
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Strong project management and prioritization skills

10% Primary location: Waltham, MA
US BASED SALARY
