As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping the strategy, pricing, and performance of our Property & Casualty insurance products. Working at the intersection of analytics, product management, and pricing strategy, you'll use data-driven insights to influence decisions that drive profitable growth, improve customer outcomes, and strengthen our competitive position. This highly visible role partners closely with Product, Actuarial, State Management, Legal, Marketing, Sales Center, Agency Management, IT, and Data Engineering teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful results. What You'll Do Analyze business performance and translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Evaluate the impact of product, pricing, and underwriting changes on conversion, retention, loss ratio, business mix, profitability, and growth. Identify key drivers of performance through analysis of customer behavior, portfolio trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities. Support rate, rule, and form filings, while assessing regulatory changes and their impact on product and pricing strategies. Analyze performance across portfolios, segments, policy attributes, and individual policies to identify risks and opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, develop scalable analytics solutions, and ensure data quality and accuracy. Leverage modern data platforms, automation, and reporting tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives that influence product, pricing, and operational decisions across multiple markets and lines of business. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing stakeholders through data-driven storytelling. Share accountability for the growth and profitability of assigned products and markets. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical, financial, and critical-thinking skills with experience working with large, complex datasets. Proficiency with Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Python, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations. Knowledge of actuarial and pricing concepts, insurance market dynamics, regulatory environments, and rating bureau filings. Experience collaborating across Product, Actuarial, State Management, IT, and Data Engineering teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
