We are looking to hire an Sr Associate Product Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

• and long-term share goals.

In addition, this position will have responsibility that covers profitability, promotion, pricing, packaging, distribution, merchandising, research and new product plans. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include the development and implementation of marketing plans for product segments that support McCormick & Co.'s net sales and profit objectives: Providing analysis of and recommendations relating to product offerings and business results Understanding competitive brands and providing action plans to address threats Understanding and identifying challenges and opportunities at key customers Development and execution of plans that address key issues and opportunities for the segments Execution of promotional calendars consistent with the marketing plans Execution of product line optimizations and cost savings initiatives Independently leading cross functional teams and agencies (project management) for new product development, graphics updates, and/or new initiatives to grow the business Delivering monthly business analysis for shipment pacing and forecasting through presentations shared with senior marketing leaders Preparing monthly consumption analysis of key programs and recommendations shared with senior marketing leaders Required Qualifications Degree in Marketing or closely related business discipline Ideally 2-3 years' experience in marketing or a related field (preferably in CPG) Strong understanding of Excel, data analysis (Circana

Base Salary:

$74,330

• $130,080 Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.

This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
