Job Description

Are you looking for a challenge and career growth while working with the Architecture Team at a top U.S. Homebuilder? NVR - the parent company of Ryan Homes, NV Homes, and Heartland Homes - is searching for a Senior Product Administrator to be integral to our Architectural Services Team, which emphasizes collaboration and innovation. You will serve as a subject matter expert for product setup, maintenance, rules management, and system configuration across company systems. This role works with a high degree of independence, provides guidance to internal stakeholders, supports complex system initiatives, and helps ensure product and option data is accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs. What you will be doing:
Independently manage product setup, maintenance, option outlines, and product rules within Architectural Services and Homebuilding systems. Serve as a technical resource for product configuration, options, rules, and system-related questions across the organization. Lead and support system programming projects, product action requests, testing, and implementation efforts. Develop and analyze reports, including advanced data queries, to support business decisions and operational needs. Coordinate with internal teams on product releases, backlog changes, training initiatives, and continuous process improvements. Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and training to Homebuilding, Architectural Services, and other business partners.
Qualified applicants have:
Strong experience working with product data, business systems, and system administration. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including reporting and data analysis capabilities. Ability to work independently, manage complex assignments, and drive projects to completion. Experience providing guidance, training, and support to internal stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
