You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Mopar Glass Product Line Manager to lead the development, lifecycle management, and profitability of our Mopar glass portfolio. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, identifying market opportunities, managing launches, and partnering cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver competitive products for Wholesales Distributors and Dealers . The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the automotive industry, product lifecycle management, customer requirements, pricing strategy, and market analysis, with experience in glass, glazing, or closely related automotive components. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product line strategies to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, sustainment, and end-of-life planning. Identify new product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, competitive analysis, and technology developments. Build and maintain multi-year product roadmaps for assigned automotive glass product lines. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing , and sales teams to bring new products to market on time and within budget. Define product requirements, specifications, value propositions, and launch plans. Support pricing strategy and profitability analysis, including cost, margin, and competitive positioning. Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering and translating OEM, aftermarket, and channel feedback into actionable product plans. Monitor product performance using key metrics such as sales, gross margin, market share, launch timing, and customer adoption. Coordinate product changes, portfolio rationalization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support customer presentations, business reviews, and commercial proposals. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business , Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, product line management, category management, or related roles within automotive or manufacturing. Strong understanding of automotive OEM and/or aftermarket channels. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and product launches. Experience with market research, competitive analysis, pricing, and business case development. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and product/business analysis tools. Ability to travel as needed to customers, suppliers, and manufacturing sites. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced technical degree. Experience working with laminated glass, tempered glass, windshield systems, side/rear glass, or ADAS-related glass applications. Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and automotive quality standards. Experience in a global or multi-site manufacturing environment.
