Back AI Solutions & Automation Product Manager-Operations#2016376 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The AI Solutions & Automation Product Manager drives the identification, design, pilot, and scaling of AI and automation solutions across North America Parts & Service. The role partners with business functions, ICT, AI strategists, data teams, and the Parts & Services AI Champion network to deliver measurable impact through workflow optimization, improved customer and employee experience, and digital process transformation.
This role exists to support the broader organizational mission to accelerate digital transformation and scale AI adoption across Stellantis NA P&S and reports to the Head of NA Parts & Services Aftersales Technology.
Conduct process mapping and problem analysis to define requirements and value hypotheses.
Maintain and refine the domain-specific opportunity backlog. 2. Solution Design & Pilot ExecutionTranslate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Lead pilot cycles end-to-end: design test evaluate iterate.
Partner with ICT, data engineering, and automation teams to ensure feasibility and solution integration within corporate governance requirements. 3. Scaling & AdoptionDevelop deployment playbooks, documentation, and training assets.
Work with business leaders, frontline teams, and AI Champions to embed AI into daily operations.
Create reusable templates, prompt libraries, workflows, or automation components. 4. Measurement & GovernanceDefine KPIs and measure solution performance, productivity impact, and financial outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Stellantis' Responsible AI and Data Governance frameworks.

United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics/insights, engineering, finance/accounting, business administration, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of relevant experience delivering digital/automation/analytics solutions in a cross-functional environmentStrong business analysis and process decomposition skillsExperience with workflow automation (Power Automate), M365 Copilot, or low/no-codeAbility to manage pilots and rapid execution cyclesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagementAI literacy: understanding capabilities, limitations, risks, and responsible useProject management proficiency, including task prioritization and timeline managementAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (business, ICT, data, and operations)Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:
Experience and strong business acumen in the automotive industry and aftersales businessPrior work in product management, operations, or digital transformationFamiliarity with data governance, data quality, data engineering, and IT/ICT delivery modelsUnderstanding of change management principles and user adoption strategiesExperience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance measurementExperience with Python, R, SQL, Java, and ScalaKnowledge of responsible AI and data privacy best practices Employment Type Full-time Stellantis At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
