We are looking for a Product Manager to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will preferably work out of our Detroit Lakes or New Hope, MN locations. SJE is the leading manufacturer of liquid level control products, including pump control panels, alarm systems, float switches, and level monitoring solutions. The job:

As our Product Manager , your primary role will be to lead the success of our Level Sensing and Alarm product lines, owning overall gross margin contribution while guiding products from concept through full lifecycle management. You will shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives that support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.

Other key responsibilities include:

Build strong partnerships with customer, sales teams, and customer service to gather insights, identify Manage the integration of newly acquired products into the broader product portfolio Partner with R D using a structured phase-gate process to evaluate and justify new product development and redesign opportunities Collaborate across divisions to ensure Level Sensing and Alarm products are considered in company-wide growth initiatives Travel up to 25% including occasional international travel The skills, education, and experience you need: To succeed in this role, you must have experience with: Project management, product management, or product line leadership within manufacturing or industrial environments Managing margines, pricing, and product profitability Leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across departments New product development processes and lifecycle management Performing market research using an analytical mindset and competitive analysis skills Building communication, organization, and relationships A 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent degree and 3-5 years of experience are required.
