Assistant Director of Innovation Alley

Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to cultivate an innovative environment that aligns with organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams in managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate business development opportunities. Oversee process improvements to optimize operations within Innovation Alley, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Manage resources effectively, including budgets, personnel, and technology, to support innovation initiatives. Negotiate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that expand the reach and impact of Innovation Alley programs. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Experience Proven management experience in leading complex projects or teams within an innovation-focused environment. Extensive background in strategic planning, business development, and operations management at senior leadership levels. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of establishing successful partnerships and collaborations. Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and process improvement techniques. Experience in fostering a collaborative team environment while driving results through effective leadership.
