Adobe MarTech Product Manager Location:
Springfield, MO (Onsite)
Duration:
Contract Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Adobe MarTech Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital experience solutions powered by Adobe Experience Cloud . This role requires strong collaboration with marketing, business, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven, customer-centric digital experiences aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe MarTech platforms Manage and prioritize product backlog , including user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate with marketing, analytics, business, and engineering stakeholders to define requirements Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization Drive implementation of Adobe tools including: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Campaign Adobe Journey Optimizer Translate business needs into scalable, personalized digital experiences Partner with UX, content, and dev teams to deliver omnichannel experiences Define and monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, and campaign performance Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-platform initiatives Communicate roadmap updates and product insights to stakeholders and leadership Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards Required Skills & Experience 6-10 years of Product Management experience (MarTech / Digital Experience preferred) Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign) Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration and personalization Experience with CMS, DAM, and content-driven platforms Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and MarTech ecosystem (CRM, CDP, etc.) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations Exposure to Adobe Real-Time CDP / Adobe Journey Optimizer Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform) Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and SEO Experience in omnichannel marketing and personalization strategies Product certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic, etc.) Nice to Have Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs Exposure to headless CMS / composable MarTech architectures Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with DAM systems and content supply chain workflows Key Competencies Customer-first product mindset Strategic thinking & roadmap prioritization Strong ownership & accountability Cross-functional collaboration Problem-solving and decision-making Data-driven execution
