What's the Job? Lead product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle for Data Retention and Supervision technologies related to Electronic Communication data. Gather and prioritize customer and product requirements, defining clear product vision and strategy. Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, operations, and support teams to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain critical relationships with key vendors and internal teams to ensure project alignment and successful contract negotiations. Drive product enhancements, deliver demos, orchestrate training sessions, and manage budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on product management in regulated environments. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Information Technology or related fields. Experience working within highly regulated financial institutions is preferred. Strong understanding of electronic communication retention, supervision, and discovery regulations. Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. What's in it for me?
