(856) 773-5800 Seating Product Manager The Seating Product Manager will help develop product strategies, drive innovation, and enhance the company"s seating portfolio. This role manages product development initiatives and collaborates with marketing teams to support workplace, healthcare, and education seating solutions across the U.S. market.Responsibilities:
- Lead seating product strategy and development by defining product roadmaps, identifying market opportunities, and creating innovative designs, features, and product extensions
- Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis into product requirements and growth strategies
- Manage the product lifecycle by developing product briefs, supporting new product launches, and ensuring products meet customer needs, pricing goals, and brand objectives
- Drive competitive analysis, product positioning, training, and marketing initiatives while addressing quality trends and improving the overall customer experience
Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working in the seating or furniture industry
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Must be able to travel up to 25% and have valid passport
