Job Description
As a Product Associate in JPMorgan Access, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities
- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
- Assist in maintaining backlog and facilitating discussions as needed across stakeholders to address issues and clarify requirements
- Ensure product launch activities are planned and executed per rollout strategy
- Create, maintain and publish product metrics and reporting
- Execute and manage model annotations process to ensure compliance with AI governance policy
- Support model evaluations-translate eval results into product actions and track improvements against targeted outcomes
- Assist with AI governance activities as needed Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Strong problem solver with structured approach to ambiguity- able to break down complex issues into testable hypotheses, identify root cause and drive pragmatic outcome-oriented decisions
- Proficient in analyzing data and performance metrics to inform continuous product improvement
- Familiarity with AI for search and chatbots, including foundational knowledge of LLMS, machine learning concepts, retrieval/search relevance and practical evaluation approaches Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
