    We're looking for a Product Manager to:
  • Support the development and implementation of digital client onboarding solutions
  • Act as product owner within an agile team, participating / leading agile ceremonies, writing detailed business requirements, and partnering well with tech to ensure development aligns with the product vision
  • Partner with AI/ML, engineering, legal,pliance, and UX teams to build digital solutions
  • Collaborate across AML, operations, risk, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and stakeholder buy-in
  • Ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
  • Define KPIs and feedback loops to continuously measure, learn from, and optimize onboarding performance
  • Maintain a high standard of risk management, security and privacy in collaboration with relevant internal control functions
    The team
    The Field and Operational Platforms team is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and clients.

You'll be joining the Client Onboarding team in Weehawken, NJ focused on improving and simplifying the account opening and maintenance experience. We are on a mission to reimagine how clients begin their journey with us, integrating advanced automation, dynamicpliance, and human-like interaction to deliver a seamless, intelligent onboarding experience.

Your skills and experience

  • ideally 7 or more years of experience deliveringplex products to clients within the financial industry
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
  • experience working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
  • extensive experience writing user stories and customer journeys
  • data-driven, analytical and innovative mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
  • team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of client onboarding journeys, regulatory requirements (KYC/AML), and process redesign methodologies
  • technical expertise / familiarity with agentic AI systems a plus
  • you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment
  • validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
