At Aigentless, we're building the best experience for renters to tour and lease apartments autonomously while delivering data to operators for improving how they market their properties. Founded in late 2024, Aigentless has launched over 30,000 units across the United States and is beloved by renters and customers. Today, our team is distributed across the United States. What unites us is our love for product craftsmanship. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager with technical depth to partner with engineers, stakeholders, and customers. When it comes to solutions, we're looking for experienced people who can pick up any problem and solve it. Aigentless is both a consumer and business product where speed, interactions, and small details matter. We expect a broad set of technical skills and the ability to dig into the root cause of an issue and fix it. Location & work mode This role requires hybrid in-office for at least 3 days per week in NYC. We value people who can self-manage and coordinate with others as needed on projects they own. What you'll do Partner with customers and account managers to focus on enterprise customer initiatives, resolve issues, and shape ideas Collaborate with engineers to scope development of the mobile app and platforms Deliver on technical work alongside our deployment team for onboarding new properties and customers Validate solutions through QA and UAT work with aim to scale testing What we're looking for Several years of experience working through in similar roles like Solutions Architect, Technical Product Manager, or software engineering Product sensibility: you care about UX, speed, and polish, and you push back when something doesn't feel right Comfortable working without heavy PM overhead; you can help to shape the problem, not just implement a solution High ownership mentality: self-directed, full-lifecycle builder who takes a feature from idea to shipped Interest to apply AI judiciously and as a team from the ground up What we offer We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Aigentless offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
