Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on analytics experience, including hypothesis-driven analysis, business case development, and strategic recommendations 4+ years of people management, including direct responsibility for developing senior-level individual contributors Strong SQL proficiency and experience working in modern BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker or similar) Working knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (e.g. Python / R). Comfort with predictive modeling techniques is a plus. Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing VP-level and above stakeholders to frame problems, present findings, and shape decisions Track record of participating in or leading an analytics transformation: moving a function from reactive service delivery toward proactive, strategic insight generation Experience in a complex B2B SaaS environment strongly preferred; comfort with GTM, revenue, customer health, and product domains a big plus Familiarity with data modeling concepts, metric governance, and how analytical work connects to underlying data infrastructure Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate or enhance analytical workflows, with strong judgment applied to validation and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling analytical narratives for diverse audiences The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $166,000.00- $214,000.
