Waygate Technologies provides a full suite of non-destructive testing solutions and equipment including radiography, computed tomography, remote visual inspection, ultrasound, and eddy current products. Partnering with the best As a Senior Product Manager, you are defining and executing the product strategy for a portfolio of industrial inspection products, specifically video borescopes. You are leading the full product lifecycle, aligning solutions with customer needs and business growth objectives. You are collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, finance, and operations to deliver impactful commercial outcomes. You are leveraging market insights, driving go-to-market strategies, and ensuring strong financial and operational performance of the product portfolio. As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for: Defining and executing multi-year product strategy and roadmap for video borescope product lines. Developing deep customer and market insights to guide product decisions. Leading cross-functional product development initiatives. Driving commercialization and go-to-market execution, including product-market fit, channel strategy, pricing, and commercial models. Owning product line financial performance and profitability. Managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and sustainment. Collaborating with sales, marketing, legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams to execute portfolio strategy. Monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities. Establishing KPIs and governance frameworks to track and sustain improvements. Managing stakeholders and presenting to various organizational levels to ensure alignment with business objectives. Fueling your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (advanced degree preferred). Have 5-10 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical roles. Have proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Have strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data for decision-making. Have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Have experience with CRM systems, operational data environments, and digital transformation initiatives. Have experience in industrial or inspection applications (preferred). Have experience in NDT (non-destructive testing) (preferred). The employer is unable to provide or continue work authorization sponsorship for this role. The annual pay scale for this position is between $136,000.00 - $252,540.00. Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
