Job Description

  • We're looking for a results-driven
  • Wax Product Manager
  • to lead and grow our investment casting wax business across the Americas.
In this role, you'll own the full product lifecycle—from development through commercialization—while driving profitability, optimizing costs, and delivering solutions that meet evolving customer needs.   • What You'll Do
  • + Partner with Sales leadership and Territory Managers to expand customer relationships and support distributor success + Drive revenue and margin growth through cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, and customer service teams + Lead new product development from concept to launch, aligning innovation with market demand + Analyze product performance and implement pricing strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness + Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to reduce raw material costs and optimize inventory + Define product specifications and ensure solutions meet customer expectations and application requirements + Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities + Enhance customer service and technical support processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness + Monitor key business metrics and contribute to monthly performance reporting + Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards + Lead or support strategic initiatives and special projects •What You'll Work With•+ •

  • What You Bring
  • Experience & Education
  • + Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field + 5-10 years of experience in product management, technical, or commercial roles + MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
  • Core Skills
  • + Strong product management, pricing, and financial analysis capabilities + Experience in procurement, negotiation, and cross-functional project leadership + Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability + Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams + Working knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, TQM, SPC preferred)
  • Work Environment
  • + Frequent travel across the Americas + Combination of office, manufacturing, and customer-site environments + Ability to sit, stand, and travel for extended periods + Valid driver's license required .
  • Pay Details:
  • $89,993.
