COPY LINK link Wax Product Manager Make an Impact We're looking for a results-driven Wax Product Manager to lead and grow our investment casting wax business across the Americas. In this role, you'll own the full product lifecycle—from development throughmercialization—while driving profitability, optimizing costs, and delivering solutions that meet evolving customer needs. What You'll Do Partner with Sales leadership and Territory Managers to expand customer relationships and support distributor success Drive revenue and margin growth through cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, and customer service teams Lead new product development from concept to launch, aligning innovation with market demand Analyze product performance and implement pricing strategies to improve profitability andpetitiveness Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to reduce raw material costs and optimize inventory Define product specifications and ensure solutions meet customer expectations and application requirements Conduct market andpetitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities Enhance customer service and technical support processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness Monitor key business metrics and contribute to monthly performance reporting Ensurepliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards Lead or support strategic initiatives and special projects What You'll Work With

Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, and Leadership

External Partners:

Customers, distributors, and vendors across the Americas What You Bring Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field 5-10 years of experience in product management, technical, ormercial roles MBA or advanced technical degree preferred Core Skills Strong product management, pricing, and financial analysis capabilities Experience in procurement, negotiation, and cross-functional project leadership Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability Excellentmunication skills with the ability to influence across teams Working knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, TQM, SPC preferred) Work Environment Frequent travel across the Americas Combination of office, manufacturing, and customer-site environments Ability to sit, stand, and travel for extended periods Valid driver's license required .

Pay Details:
