The Product Manager partners with logistics operations, digital technology, data/analytics, 3PL/carrier partners to standardize processes and digitize execution. Outcomes will be enhanced safety, quality and delivery to our internal and external customers. Ensure handoffs are robust and minimize manual touches. Data & Reporting Requirements - Define core WMS/TMS data outputs and KPI definitions (dock-to-stock, pick accuracy, system-directed execution rate, tender acceptance, carrier OT, cost per shipment, exceptions).
