full-time Style Crest is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our HVAC equipment and service offerings nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, market analysis, sales enablement, and service innovation. As Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and performance of a diverse HVAC portfolio that includes manufactured home equipment, replacement distribution programs, maintenance agreements, subscription services, and recurring revenue offerings. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service Leadership, and Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve customer retention, and deliver profitable business results What You'll Do Product Strategy & Market Leadership Develop and execute product strategies that support company growth objectives. Conduct competitive, market, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends. Define product roadmaps, product introductions, lifecycle management plans, and portfolio optimization strategies. Monitor regulatory and industry requirements impacting HVAC products and services. Present annual product plans and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Service Product Innovation Own the strategy, roadmap, and profitability of HVAC service offerings, including maintenance agreements, membership programs, subscription services, and preventative maintenance solutions. Develop new recurring revenue programs that increase customer lifetime value and retention. Evaluate homeowner, technician, and branch feedback to drive continuous improvement. Program Management & Growth Design, launch, and manage scalable service programs across multiple markets. Develop pricing structures, bundled service offerings, renewal programs, and operational standards. Monitor KPIs, profitability, customer satisfaction, retention rates, and program performance. Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, growth, and customer experience. Sales & Marketing Enablement Create sales tools, training materials, product positioning, and customer-facing resources. Partner with Marketing to develop demand generation campaigns and seasonal promotions. Support field teams through training, product launches, customer presentations, and key account opportunities. Collaborate with Sales Leadership on growth strategies across all channels and customer segments. Operational Excellence Partner with branch leadership to ensure consistent service delivery and customer experience. Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability and scalability. Support inventory planning, forecasting, and supplier partnerships. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, Sales Strategy, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and service operations Proven success launching, managing, and growing products or service programs Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and business planning Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Home Services industry Experience supporting branch-based or multi-location service operations Background in subscription-based service programs, maintenance agreements, or recurring revenue models Why Join Style Crest?
