Job Description
A Group Product Manager job in Mansfield, OH is currently available through PRADCO. You will own the strategy, lifecycle performance, and profitability of key industrial product lines. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role has enterprise‑level accountability for product vision, roadmap execution, and cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. This is a high‑impact leadership role for a product professional who can balance strategy, execution, and people development. What You'll Do Own long‑term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps Align product strategy with growth, margin, and market expansion goals Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, from development and launch through sustainment and rationalization Drive disciplined stage‑gate execution and continuous lifecycle improvement Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers Partner cross‑functionally to translate strategy into executable plans Incorporate customer, field, and market insights into product decisions Own product line financial performance, including pricing, margins, and ROI Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership Establish KPIs, standardized processes, and performance reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required MBA or advanced degree preferred 5-10 years of product management experience 5-10 years of people leadership experience Proven success owning product strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle performance Experience with industrial or engineered products preferred Skills & Expertise Strong cross‑functional leadership and influence Deep knowledge of product lifecycle and stage‑gate processes Strong financial acumen, including ROI, profitability, and business case development. Strategic, analytical, and execution‑focused mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage complex, multi‑priority initiatives Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of pump hydraulics or industrial systems is a plus
