This position may be based in Coopersburg, PA or Conshohocken, PA. Lutron is expanding its product management organization and seeking high-impact leaders who thrive in cross-functional environments. This role offers broad visibility across the company and is ideal for individuals eager to shape product strategy, influence business outcomes, and guide teams through complex product decisions. As a Leader - Product Management, you will sit at the center of Lutron's product development engine, translating customer needs into actionable product roadmaps, partnering closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership. You will become a subject-matter expert on our customers, channel partners, and market ecosystem, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence high-visibility initiatives while building deep product and business leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer insights to inform product direction Define product requirements and manage feature tradeoffs across cost, scope, and timeline Partner with engineering leadership to navigate development risks and constraints Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan and execute product launches Develop and align pricing strategies for new products Communicate priorities, progress, and decisions to executives and cross‑functional stakeholders Monitor post‑launch performance and drive improvements to meet business goals Manage lifecycle strategy, including end‑of‑life planning for legacy products Key Capabilities Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering multiple initiatives on time Effective communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership Analytical thinker who uses data to drive recommendations Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional teams and guide decision making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field; OR a bachelor's degree in a non-technical field combined with an MBA If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA is required Minimum 6 years of professional experience in cross-functional roles required; leadership experience strongly preferred Experience in product development is a plus Direct product management experience not required Experience in construction, IoT or lighting industries is beneficial but not required Willingness to travel up to 25% You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future.
