Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to join a Services organization and help shape platform capabilities that support infrastructure-focused software solutions. This position combines strategic product leadership with strong cross-functional partnership, connecting technical platform services with business needs across internal product groups. The role is ideal for someone who can turn complex stakeholder input into clear priorities, practical roadmaps, and measurable customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to connect platform capabilities with the needs of infrastructure-focused solutions and customer use cases.
- Convert domain-specific challenges and opportunities into clear product priorities, actionable requirements, and well-defined delivery plans.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand goals, constraints, and long-term business drivers that influence platform direction.
- Evaluate where capabilities should reside within the broader technology ecosystem, considering scalability, reuse, and adoption across multiple products.
- Guide discussions among diverse stakeholders to reach informed decisions that balance technical feasibility, customer benefit, and business strategy.
- Manage product activities such as roadmap planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and coordination with Agile delivery teams.
- Champion transparent communication and a collaborative team environment that encourages trust, alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Travel as needed to support global collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and effective coordination across time zones.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, technical business development, or a related role within complex software environments.
- Background working on highly technical products, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure technology, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success building long-term value for customers, partners, or internal product organizations.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage engineering teams and understand how platform decisions affect product and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without relying on direct authority.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence interacting with both senior leaders and technical contributors.
- Experience with Agile practices and product tools such as backlog management, sprint collaboration, Jira, or comparable systems.
