The ideal candidate is comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders, evaluating strategic product boundaries, and driving decisions that improve customer and partner value.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to connect platform capabilities with the needs of infrastructure-focused solutions and customer use cases.
- Translate business goals, domain challenges, and technical constraints into clear product priorities, roadmaps, and actionable requirements.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to understand objectives, identify gaps, and create solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Assess where capabilities should live within the broader technology ecosystem, considering scalability, reuse, and long-term adoption potential.
- Lead conversations across multiple teams to resolve competing priorities and guide alignment around decisions that support business and customer success.
- Manage product activities for platform services that closely support infrastructure offerings, including backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Encourage transparent collaboration and open communication across distributed teams and functions.

- Background working with highly technical products, ideally in infrastructure, architecture, engineering, construction, or comparable industries.
- Demonstrated success building long-term value for customers, partners, or strategic internal stakeholders.
- Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
- Strong judgment in prioritization, with a consistent focus on customer needs, strategic goals, and product impact.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with both executives and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile product practices and tools such as Jira, including backlog management and issue tracking.
