Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to connect platform capabilities with the needs of infrastructure-focused software solutions in Exton, Pennsylvania. This position blends strategic product leadership with technical partnership work, helping teams turn complex business needs into scalable platform offerings. The successful candidate will work across product, engineering, and stakeholder groups to shape decisions that strengthen customer outcomes and support long-term product value.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary link between platform teams and infrastructure-focused product groups, ensuring shared goals are translated into practical product plans.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to convert domain-specific business needs into clearly defined platform requirements and priorities.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, then use those insights to guide roadmap decisions.
- Assess which capabilities should be developed as shared platform services versus remaining within product-specific solutions, with attention to scalability and broader adoption potential.
- Lead cross-functional discussions that bring together differing viewpoints and drive informed decisions with wide stakeholder support.
- Manage product activities for platform services aligned to infrastructure cloud initiatives, including prioritization, refinement, and ongoing delivery planning.
- Encourage a transparent and collaborative team environment that supports trust, open communication, and effective partnership across groups.
- Participate in regular travel and coordinate with globally distributed teams across time zones to maintain alignment and momentum.
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, technical business development, or a closely related role within complex software environments.
- Background working with highly technical products, ideally in infrastructure, architecture, engineering, construction, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success delivering meaningful long-term value for customers, partners, or internal stakeholders.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and make product decisions based on customer needs, strategic direction, and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment without relying on direct authority.
- Familiarity with agile product practices and tools such as Scrum, backlog management, Jira, and issue tracking systems.
