Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Creative Product Development Manager to lead the growth of our personalized gift portfolio across multiple e-commerce channels, including our direct-to-consumer website, Etsy, and Amazon. This role is responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing new products and designs, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch while optimizing performance across each sales channel. This role will also provide direction to graphic designers to bring new design ideas to life. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with strong e-commerce insight and understands how product design, personalization, customer experience, and marketplace trends influence online purchasing behavior.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new products, designs, collections, and seasonal offerings aligned with customer demand and business objectives. Analyze marketplace trends, competitor offerings, search demand, customer reviews, and conversion data to guide product decisions. Identify opportunities to expand existing product lines through new designs, personalization options, materials, and product variations. Lead graphic design team to bring new products and designs to market efficiently and on schedule. Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to improve existing products and identify opportunities for new product development. Conduct regular assortment reviews to facilitate product additions, enhancements, or discontinuations based on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product development, merchandising, e-commerce, consumer products, or personalized goods. Experience working with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of online consumer behavior, gifting trends, and marketplace dynamics. Proven ability to turn customer insights and market data into successful product launches. Excellent project management and communication skills. Experience managing multiple product launches and seasonal collections. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interperet sales and customer performance data. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus!
