sr product manager Moon Township, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22622409 Summary Moon Township, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 4 Years Experience Bachelor's degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Understands and supports prioritized Portfolio and Value Stream work by collaborating with IT Solution Architect, Business Architect, and Epic Owner to breakdown epics/capabilities into program features. Essential Functions Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent required. BS degree in engineering, business, information systems, computer science or another related discipline preferred.

Minimum Experience4 years demonstrated experience in a lead role responsible for breaking down complex projects into solution-oriented deliverables across organization wide projects or system design (waterfall, agile, etc.) required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Agile and Lean values/concepts and scaling with SAFe framework required. Technical knowledge as a system user subject matter expert preferred to understand IT system and priorities as it relates to features and iteration requirements. Strong influencing skills to guide leadership, Business Architects, Product Owners, Agile Release Trains, and all stakeholders to understand vision, resources, priorities and definition of completion/release. Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office and web-based applications. Demonstrated solutions-based thinking with the ability to break down complex concepts into understandable, smaller and sequential deliverables. Strong ability to tailor communications of complex concepts to all levels in an understandable manner. Business acumen and ability to understand the larger company strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programs with multiple, interdependent workstreams
  • Strong dependency, risk, and critical-path management skills across portfolios (not just within a single project)
  • Experience designing and operating program governance, including intake, prioritization, escalation, and decision forums
  • Ability to translate complex technical work into executive-ready narratives, tradeoffs, and recommendations
