Work side-by-side with developers and designers as part of a cross-functional team to define, prioritize, and deliver digital products that meet the needs and goals of the business. Work directly with internal and external customers to clearly understand their needs. Define the product vision based on customer needs. Sell the product vision to all levels of Penske leadership to ensure prioritization and funding of the product. Coordinate with other internal stakeholders (Communication, Customer Success, IT, PR) to ensure that product releases have comprehensive rollout plans to support the launch of new features. Mentor existing Product Managers on best practices for Product Management and Agile approaches. Other projects as assigned by the manager. Hybrid work permitted two (2) days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of Reading, PA.SCHEDULE

Main Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or closely related field plus five (5) years of experience as Product Manager, Data Scientist, Analyst, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.Alternate Education and Experience:
Employer will accept a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in stated fields and three (3) years of stated experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.Special Skills:
Plus demonstrated experience in:- Working on agile development projects;
- Product management;
- Data Analysis;
- Data Science;
- Data Engineering;
- UI/UX;
- Practical experience in programming using Python, R, SQL, or PySpark;
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms including Snowflake, AWS, or Oracle;
- Data pipeline orchestration tools (Talend or AWS Glue) for managing ETL/ELT workflows;
- Machine learning model lifecycle (training, deployment, and monitoring) using MLOps platforms (AWS SageMaker, or Dataiku);
- Proven ability to translate complex technical insights into strategic recommendations for stakeholders across engineering, product, and leadership team;
- Experience in A/B testing design, execution, and statistical analysis for product optimization;
- Ability to define and track measurable product KPIs including data accuracy, latency, adoption, and retention;
- Practical experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, QlikSense, or Power BI);
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks;
- Experience working with APIs, digital integrations, and ecosystem platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into product specifications and technical user stories.
- Experience implementing agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) with cross-functional teams for product delivery.
- Advanced Product Management or Digital Transformation experience.
- Experience launching new products.
