Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Analyst to enhance our Gen AI products and solutions. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to understand business needs and drive impactful technical deployments. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our AI innovations meet user expectations while addressing real-world challenges.
- They want someone to sit between the business (customer service, warehouse, finance, ops) and their AI/automation projects and help turn messy manual processes into working solutions.
- This person will work on the rapid delivery of AI, automation, business systems, and agent-based solutions across the company.
- This is not a coding role; the priority is very much someone who can act as a conduit with the business, manage stakeholders etc.
- That being said they are looking for someone to have experience building and testing AI agents.
- You'll be rolling out agents across Customer Service, Orders, Freight, Warehouses and Finance.
- Some Business Analyst skills mixed in
