Note:
This is a remote, work-from-home position, but the final round of interviews will take place on-site in our Chattanooga, TN office. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Job Responsibilities Managing a diverse team that drives organizational digital transformation in support of BlueCross's business priorities and enterprise initiatives Leading digital product managers in the development of product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans Developing a future-state vision for digital solutions across products, programs, and campaigns Providing subject matter expertise on emerging digital strategy and technology advancements Partnering with Engineering teams in a Scaled Agile framework to support continuous product enhancements Communicating the impact and importance of digital transformation with all stakeholders to ensure delivery of digital transformation projects Job Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment Experience 6 years- Experience managing consumer tools/technology, or equivalent experience required. 4 years
- Experience in a leadership/management role required 2 years
- Project management, account management or similar experience required Skills\Certifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
