This is not a pure Scrum/Product Owner role — they specifically want someone who understands operational/field environments and can translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Key focus areas:
AI use case identification and delivery Utility operations / asset management / maintenance workflows Strong stakeholder management across Ops, IT, engineering, analytics, vendors Enterprise data platforms and validation Leading pilots/POCs through production rollout Translating operational problems into technical requirements Strong preference for candidates from: Electric utilities Energy / transmission / substation operations Asset management environments Industrial operations with heavy enterprise systems Biggest thing: They want someone who can speak both "business operations" and "technical AI/data teams" fluently.
Experience:
AI products ownership: 5 years (Required)
