Partners with engineering, architecture, security, and operations to define outcomes, prioritize work, and deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective services that enable product teams to build and run solutions at scale. Establishes success metrics and drives adoption through clear service definitions, lifecycle management, and stakeholder alignment.
