Manager notes: Manager is currently looking to onboard a Technical Product Manager to lead the VESSE Ecosystem of AI Tools initiative. This role is focused on driving the strategy, adoption, and impact of AI solutions across vehicle electrical, software, and systems engineering workflows.
Key highlights of the role:
Lead adoption and evangelism of AI tools within engineering teams Identify workflow pain points and translate them into AI-driven features Build rapid prototypes using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Streamlit, Copilot, LLMs) Develop business cases tied to KPIs such as engineering efficiency, defect detection, and time-to-market Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and product Core requirements: 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles Strong understanding of software/system development lifecycle Experience with Jira and cross-functional collaboration Exposure to AI tools and interest in applying AI to engineering processes
Preferred:
Background in vehicle electrical/software systems (E/E architecture, CAN, AUTOSAR, MBSE)
Skills Required:
Product Management Key Requirements:
Strong experience working with Jira Excellent communication and collaboration skills Solid understanding of what it takes to build and deliver applications Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including full-stack developers, data engineers, and API developers Strong understanding of roles and responsibilities across different teams Ability to understand and translate business needs into actionable requirements Proactive mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond expectations Interest in learning and applying AI concepts to improve products and processes Nice to
Have:
No hands-on development or UI/UX experience required, but a strong conceptual understanding is important Familiarity with taking applications into production, including productization and end-to-end project delivery
Skills Preferred:
Big Data, Data Science, Analyst, Full Stack, Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems Experience Required:
Senior Associate Exp:
3 to 5 years experience in relevant field
Experience Preferred:
As the Technical Product Manager for the VESSE Ecosystem of AI Tools, you will lead the strategy and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions that accelerate the design, development, and validation of vehicle electrical and software systems. You are not just a manager of backlogs; you are a technical practitioner and internal evangelist. You will use low-code/no-code tools to rapidly prototype AI-driven engineering solutions such as automated requirement analysis, synthetic data generation for testing, or predictive E/E architecture optimization. Your mission is to prove the value of AI to the VESSE community, drive the adoption of our existing tool portfolio, and build the business cases that scale these innovations across the global engineering organization.
