Leveraging analytics best practices and deep domain expertise, the Analytics Product Management Lead will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into scalable analytics solutions, driving adoption, measuring business value, and ensuring continuous product improvement. A successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in analytics, product management, healthcare operations, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related field. Preferred
- Master's degree in business, technical, or related field.
- Work Experience
- Required
- 6 years of product manager or other relevant experience. Experience leading the product lifecycle for 2-3 large products from visioning through requirements development through launch and measurement.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- + Understanding of domain and competitive landscape.
- Job Duties
- + Drives product prioritization and detailed product definition for digital and telemedicine products for multiple products across disciplines and service lines.
