Job Description Responsible for very complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, performs in depth analysis, interprets results and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company for customer and employee populations. Acquires data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action. Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions. Collaborates with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis. Measures and monitors results of applied recommendations and present adjustments. Ensures all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards. Digital Analytics Reporting Lead - Quantum Metric U.S. Bank is seeking a Digital Analytics Reporting Lead to advance the insight, storytelling, and value realization of our Quantum Metric program. This role is focused on elevating reporting capabilities , ensuring stakeholders and clients receive clear, actionable, and scalable insights that improve digital customer experiences across our platforms. This position is hands-on and insight-driven , centered on reporting strategy, dashboard standards, AI-powered analytics, and stakeholder enablement. You'll operate at the intersection of digital analytics, customer experience, and AI—transforming behavioral data into meaningful narratives that drive decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data interpretation, visualization, and enablement , and who enjoys partnering closely with product, UX, engineering, analytics, and business leaders to turn session replay and behavioral signals into outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting Strategy & Insight Delivery Own and evolve the reporting strategy for Quantum Metric , expanding both the breadth and depth of insights available to business, product, and client stakeholders. Design and deliver high-impact dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that surface behavioral trends, friction points, and opportunities across digital journeys. Translate complex behavioral data into clear, actionable narratives tailored to executive, product, and operational audiences. AI-Driven Analytics & Innovation Expand and operationalize Quantum Metric Felix AI and Agentic AI capabilities to scale insight generation, anomaly detection, and automated storytelling. Identify opportunities to leverage AI to reduce manual analysis, proactively surface insights, and improve time-to-value for stakeholders. Partner with Quantum Metric and internal teams to stay current on emerging AI features and best practices. Standards, Scale, and Consistency Establish and maintain enterprise reporting standards , including dashboard taxonomy, metric definitions, visualization patterns, and documentation. Build reusable, scalable reporting frameworks that enable consistent insights across platforms, journeys, and teams. Ensure reporting aligns with enterprise data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements. Stakeholder & Client Enablement Act as a primary partner to internal stakeholders and clients , ensuring reporting outputs align to their goals, decisions, and success metrics. Improve overall reporting support , including intake processes, intake prioritization, and guidance on how to interpret and act on insights. Provide enablement through documentation, walkthroughs, office hours, and best-practice recommendations to help teams self-serve insights responsibly. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, engineers, marketers, and analytics teams to align reporting with roadmap priorities and user experience outcomes. Influence reporting roadmaps by identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities informed by stakeholder feedback and usage patterns. Provide thought leadership on behavioral analytics, insight storytelling, and digital experience measurement. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, or customer experience analytics . Strong hands-on experience with Quantum Metric , FullStory, Contentsquare, or similar digital experience analytics platforms. Hands-on experience with Qualtrics , Medallia, or similar digital survey analytics platforms. Proven expertise in dashboarding, reporting frameworks, and insight storytelling for diverse audiences. Experience using or operationalizing AI-driven analytics (Felix AI, agent-based analysis, or comparable capabilities). Deep understanding of session replay, event instrumentation, and behavioral analytics concepts . Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other clickstream platforms is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and translate data into decisions. Comfort working in Agile environments and collaborating across product, design, engineering, and business teams.Why This Role Matters:

Experience in SQL/WebFOCUS or other BI tool for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation Experience in financial services, with thorough knowledge of HR systems or financial services products, customers, transactions and interaction data Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights Ability to data mine, analyze data, and present insights in a meaningful way Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnership with Senior Business unit management, business partners and project sponsors, as well as communicate effectively with business, and development teams, end users, and product owners Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong organization and project management skills Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Location Expectations This role is hybrid.
