We are seeking a Techno-Functional Professional to support product ownership activities, manage production data, coordinate mobile app publishing, and serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, operational execution, and business communication . Key Responsibilities Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, requirement clarification, and release coordination Handle and monitor production data , assist with issue triage, root cause analysis, and reporting Coordinate mobile application publishing and releases on Apple App Store and Google Play Store Act as a bridge between engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders Track and manage production issues, enhancements, and change requests using tools like Jira / Confluence Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) Ensure smooth communication across teams for releases, fixes, and product updates Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in a Technical Release Management, Product Analyst, or Application Support role Strong understanding of production environments and data handling Exposure to mobile application lifecycle and app publishing processes Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Ability to analyze data (SQL, reports, dashboards basic to intermediate level) Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills Experience working closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams Nice to Have Experience supporting mobile or digital products Familiarity with release management or DevOps coordination Background in fintech, SaaS, or consumer applications Exposure to analytics tools or monitoring platforms
