Create artifacts and playbooks (operating model blueprint, RACI, team interaction model, ceremonies, dashboards) that enable consistent adoption across business units. Develop and maintain executive-level operating model and transformation reporting (KPIs/OKRs, flow metrics, adoption measures, benefits tracking) to support governance and decision-making. Transformation Program Leadership & Change Enablement Lead complex, multi-workstream product transformation programs from diagnostic through design and implementation, ensuring clear scope, integrated plans, risks/issues management, and measurable outcomes. Facilitate executive and working sessions to align stakeholders on the target operating model, phasing/transition approach, and what will change for teams, leaders, and partners. Partner with HR, capability and coaching, and mobilization teams to develop enablement (training, coaching, leader routines) that builds product, agile, and change capabilities across the organization. Define adoption and sustainability mechanisms (leadership rhythms, coaching model, communities of practice, inspection/adaptation loops) to embed new ways of working. Required Experience and Skills 10-12 years of management consulting or internal consulting and strategy experience, with a strong track record leading and delivering enterprise transformation programs. Expertise in product operating model design including value streams, team topologies, governance, decision rights, funding/capacity models, and performance management. Demonstrated ability to define user experiences, map journeys, and translate customer/associate needs into capability requirements and prioritized delivery roadmaps. Strong program leadership skills across multiple workstreams, including executive stakeholder management, facilitation, structured problem solving, and benefits realization. Experience working with product, design, engineering, data, and business teams; comfort operating in ambiguous environments and driving alignment to decisions and action. Experience with product and agile tooling and practices (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps), flow metrics, and outcomes/OKR measurement. Hands-on experience designing and implementing operating model governance, portfolio/roadmap management, and value stream funding approaches. Ability to create executive-ready narratives and artifacts (target operating model, business case, transformation roadmap, dashboards) for senior decision makers. Experience leading workshops and working groups (journey mapping, capability modeling, team design, governance design) and driving decisions across diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership presence, communication, and influencing skills; able to navigate organizational complexity and coach leaders through change.
